ברוכים הבאים לכנס המיינדפולנס הישראלי 2019. כל המורים והמורות בכנס מלמדים בהתנדבות מלאה, מתוך רצון שהמיינדפולנס יהיה נגיש לכולם. באותה רוח, הכנס מוצע בחינם עם בקשה לתרומה. כל התרומות יופנו לעמותת “מיינדפולנס ישראל” אשר מטרה לקדם את תחום המיינדפולנס בישראל ולתמוך במגוון פרויקטים ועמותות אשר תומכות בקהילה: יש לנו מתנדבים שמגיעים מדי שבוע לאנשים שמתמודדים עם סרטן ומלמדים אותם מיינדפולנס, ויש מלווים רוחנים שמלווים אנשים לקראת מותם, יש מורים שמגיעים לבתי כלא ומלמדים אסירים מדיטציה כחלק מתהליך שיקומי, ויש מגוון רחב של פעילויות המתקיימות בתוך בתי הספר לילדים ומורים. המטרה של הכנס היא שיחד כקהילה נתמוך בקהילה מתוך הכוח של הביחד.
